1:(literal social gaming definition) Someone who is both resigned and "gay" for super efficiency and time management throughout the course of a work day
2:(party/dating scene definition) The only way they can appeal to women is through their tears...either because she feels blindedly self assured in her ability to discern male psychology or because she can genuine see through his pride and formality in social settings.....This can be troubling to her if he's able to distract from these feelings with little effort...

"That guy is strateer in every sense....he avoids women because of his devotion to time management, and he cries when a girl dumps him after three long and meaningful meetings....I want to sit next to him and make him cry.....and then make his heart stop!"

It is also used for students studying for exams as it increases productivity and focus for 8-12 hours, e.g. an all-nighter.
