Person1 - "Did you hear what that story said? "
Person2 -"Yes, I did. Are you flattered or offended?"
Person1 - "I'm feeling rather ottered."

When sleeping, otters cuddle or hold hands to remain afloat, similar to the selfless rituals and nature of this incredible person. Originated from a viral video of said animal, became a term of endearment.
