Roughly translated as "Dog Pile,Yeah", this phrase is exclaimed shortly before a large number of pedestrians and drunken partygoers/friends/family jump one-by-one upon a passed out or "tired" individual. cell phone videos often present.

"DAPAYA!!!" (said definition then happens)
