When a female has allowed her public hair to grow for an extensive period of time and it begins to form a large bush-like appearance. This condition can commonly be found in virgins and women who have recently ended a long-term relationship.

I just banged Beth, and since she broke up with Steve shes grown a HUGE bush puss.

Busted-Out Puss Flap 

This is achieved when the inner labia (typically of a fat woman) sticks out to the side and looks like a uvula. It is especially common for the accompanying odor to be the worst thing you will ever smell in a thousand lifetimes.
