Call Centres are a public relations disaster waiting to happen.
Gone are the days when you can talk to someone you can understand, now you are forced into GUESSING what the person on the other end of the line is saying.
Extremely frustrating when your problem is one of urgency.

Town in Long Island, commonly referred to as Bitchville Centre. The kids here have too much money and the girls will spend it on trying to become as fake/orange as possible, while the guys spend it on drugs. The only semi-good things are the girls' soccer team and the IB program.
"What school do you go to?"
"South Side."
"Sounds ghetto."
"More like superficial and stupid.. it's in Rockville Centre."

A special type of hacker's workstation; multiple LCD monitors are mounted on different vertical levels.
If the monitors are arranged on the same horizontal level - or a proprietary OS is employed - this is different, and is simply refered to as a "Workstation"
The computer-illiterate are prone to confuse "Command Centres" with simple family basements.
