Vitamin P is usually Propylhexedrine Acetate, Propylhexedrine Citrate, or Propylhexedrine HCl and it's usually prepared from Propylhexedrine freebase by acid-base reaction to turn the freebase secondary amine into a water soluble salt to drink. Then oil or lighter starter fluid hexanes (pentane, hexane, heptane, octane, nonane) to clean up the lavender oil and menthol.
