Because I'm not responsible for the affliction that renders them in need of somone else's body. Like... YOU did the thing. If I don't need to have sex. You do not need to have sex. If you are not entitled to the use of other people's bodies, then, you are EQUALLY not entitled to the use of a doctor's body to perform an abortion. So, there. Equality. What you want is a consequence free monopoly on the sex-act that requires my support while, simultaneously, I'm being excluded from the sex-act.
