It's a short form for 'Taklu Nibba'. 'Taklu' in Hindi means a bald guy. In India, bald guys are offended when they are addressed as Taklu. Hence, this term is used to politely draw their attention.

Slick Nibbas

Slick nibbas refers to a male (or group of males) who think they are unloved and have no chance in having a dating life. Despite how these men change for women’s attention they are never able to withstand a relationship ( whether that being a friend, a partner, or anything in between with a female). Basically they are a diluted type of ‘nice guy’ and whenever they get close to a girl they get rejected or she starts dating somebody else. Slick nibbas are also most likely e-daters.

Female: “I’m sorry, I love you but not in that way Austin.”

Nibba Welfare House

The term Nibba Welfare House stands for the big red brick building in Tilted Towers. The name origins from the tiny apartmens inside which leads to the conlusion the building is provided by Fortnites government to help the poor people of Tilted Towers to have somewhere to live. Those poor people are protected by the great FunkOps Nibbas who fight against cis-gender white males that try to invade the home of the Nibbas.
