Political and social action through activities such as signing Internet petitions, clicking on "click to give" sites such as The Hunger Site, posting the color of your bra on Facebook as a way to raise awareness of breast cancer. Arguably either pointless and self-indulgent or tech-savvy, next gen activism.
Two typical examples of mouse-click activism: The Hunger Site, where advertisers agree to contribute funds towards food relief based on the number of clicks per day on the site. Each visitor can be counted for only one click per day. Results are reported each day in number of cups of food for which funds were raised by clicks that day. An example of an Internet petition is one started in Shropshire, UK to protest road tolls, which obtained more than 1 million sign-ons.

A Gears of War term used to describe a player that only uses the sniper to down people with active reload and can't get any good headshots.
That damn Locust is such an active reload whore, I haven't seen him get a headshot in this entire game.

A neutral colored, rain protectant adorned in marginalized areas mainly in southern California to prevent gang affiliation or set tripping. (and also to stay dry in inclement weather conditions)
Whose this murk-ass trick with the wrong colors on?
-I don't bang no mo' dont you see this poncho? I'm NON active trick!
Was that just big homie in a poncho? I thought he was active.
Is this neighborhood C's or B's? I don't know man I'd go with the "Non-Active Poncho" to be on the safe side

First introduced off the back of the Facebook Cambridge Analytica scandal to protect consumers and advertisers from potential 'ad fraud'

Clicking the thumbs-down button on youtube, urban dictionary, or elsewhere because it offends your ethical sensibilities, in the hope that this action will somehow contribute to social change.
Jimmy thumbs-downed a definition because it wasn't politically correct.
Newt Gingrich reduced us to thumbs-down activism when he disabled comments on his videos.
