Combines a German word for penis with the term party, with the latter meaning any social gathering in a broader context. Pimmelparty usually refers to groups of people that consist exclusively or at least to great extend only of men, while simultaneously acting in stereotypical "masculine" and in extreme cases sexist ways (as one could expect from those groups).

Pimmy Shimmy

The act of a man waggling his penis in an up and down fashion using his pants/shorts so he can shake off the last bit of pee that might be inside or stuck to the tip. Commonly used after urination, but can also be a strange way of getting erect.
