Any down to fuck female who is under legal age (usually under 18, in some cases girls under 21). Teeny boppers come to parties to drink everyone else's beer and feel "cool" because they are hanging with an older crowd. Be wary for these girls are jail bait and also attract police wherever they go to get fucked up.
