And the people I said would suffer (through no fault of my own) for it did in fact have to do so. Even though THEY HAD NOT HAD TO DO THAT INITIALLY. You thought it was something it wasn't. I was flippant about what it was but at a certain point you had to have picked up on some general themes that emerged and you had to have known you didn't know what was going on and at some point you'd have to talk to the actual guy

But you didn't want to do that because you thought I was playing a game or something because I use a 50's announcer rhetorical flourish. 'Don't give him the attention that he wants. Oh! Shit!
