A sarcastic way of calling someone with shitty comebacks clever or creative.

Ex:

Max: Your so big the Earth's core skips a few beats even at the tips of your toes

Jim: Well your so big my mama can't feed you cookies

Max: Oh so you're the CREATIVE person..

Creative mode

A suspicious, dishonest story fabricated out of made up claims that are thought up in the moment. This often includes doubling down on the lie.

person 1 (liar) : I knocked the bouncer out with a left hook no problem,

then everyone laughed at him and I got in no problem.

person 2: that's cap you're in creative mode

Creative cost avoidance

When an organization or a collection of organizations or people will go out of their way to avoid paying for another person or organisation's expenses. Including intervening in the law, labour contracts. Even going as far as placing people in positions where they have to sue for remediation but cant afford it with no recourse.
