Moth

An individual who you cannot count upon in a crisis, fails to step up to the plate. Goes missing just when you and those around you need them the most.

I see the ‘moths’ of the department are turning to dust before our very eyes just when this shit is about to get real.

Corner Moth

A corner moth is an introvert. A corner moth is an opposite of a social butterfly. As most introverts are in the corner, not really bothering anyone who passes by and try to cease interactions, and since most introverts don’t wear bright colors, they wear dull monochrome colors like a moth wings, they would refer to as a Corner Moth.

Maddie: You see Stacy over there. *points to a corner* She is acting like such a Corner Moth right now just standing there not talking to anybody.

An objectifying term for an older man who is sexually appealing. It is intentionally unflattering, which draws attention to the inappropriate use of gendered terms like "cougar" for older sexually appealing women.

Moth-Brained

When a person has moths flying around in their brains, laying eggs in all the old things in their lives and clouding the lights with their bodies and egg sacks causing them to be dim-witted, lazy and unable to see clearly.

Mark is so moth-brained that when we had an actual infestation of pantry moths, rather than throwing out the food where they lay their eggs, he moved it to the other pantry. The pantry is not the problem mark, you are.
