A nerd is someone who plays lots of video games but denies the truth about themselves. They are an attractive, wonderful, cute, hot, sexy person who just enjoys the simple, nerdy things in life. They will constantly insult themselves, no matter how false or untrue what they are saying is, but they do know the truth (the things stated above).

Their commitment and passion (specifically directed towards comic books, movie and TV renditions of superheros and superheroines) beat all odds. They are by far some of the most interesting people you will ever meet. They always know how to start a conversation. They will basically explode your life with amazing and puns and unnecessary catch phrases and constant references

The things "nerds" are
Smart (duh..) the one part of the stereotype that is true
A geek, geeks are wannabe try hard nerds that don't know jack sh%$
Unathletic for real just because you know about computers (as an example) doesn't mean we can't do sports and shit I myself can bench 200+ lbs call that unathletic I DARE YOU
A dork, I won't even go there because of how far off from a nerd it it
Social outcasts/introverts/the hobbit
We go outside and we can be party animals too so fu+$ anyone who didn't invite the "NERD" to that one college party or something
We dont all wear glasses by the way and tothe people who do it just means you fucked up your eyes grinding on the game your 100 levels farther ahead on that the other shithead reading this
And the list goes on for another 300000000000 pages
Also we prefer the term intellectual badasses
Also to the shitheads who bully nerds for the stuff above he'll probably be signing your paychecks at some point or another

Get the Nerdmug. An individual that studies obsessively for topics that are both relevant and irrelevant. Lacks social skills and prefers to operate by him/herself to perform certain activities. Is often insecure about their status and will lash out to anyone that remotely seems to threaten his/her actions. Often employs a psychological unconscious defence mechanism called displacement, which "is an unconscious defence mechanism whereby the mind substitutes either a new aim or a new object for goals felt in their original form to be dangerous or unacceptable". Essentially, he/she will project the ideology to others call such as someone else a nerd.
