Usually followed by "done this" "eaten this" "watched some movie" etc. It emphasises that so many people have doen it that it has become part of life. Of course, this is most convincing coming from a short fat woman with greasy hair who looks like she's seen every movie ever, eaten every food possible, yo-yo dieted all the time etc.

I've read many of these "urban definitions" of the "fuck you and the horse you rode in on" phrase, and while most make sense, it's my experience that these individual metaphors are too specific. The OG definition is: Fuck you; a personal assault on the individual persona: "Fuck you and the horse you rode in on", extending that assault to any and everything associated with that individual.
Fuck you and the horse you rode in on.
"It's my experience that most definitions are too specific."
"Fuck you asshole!"
"Well everyone I discussed this with agreed with me."
"Well then, "Fuck you and the horse you rode in on!"

1) a response to an expceptionally stupid remark
2) an elevated form of fuck you, usually used when someone continues to ride you in a conversation.

Vulgar idiom with American origin is typically used to imply that sexual activity with an African American or a black person is so enjoyable that one will exclusively seek out black partners in the future because of that.
Likely to harken back from taboos surrounding African Americans during the Antebellum period in United States history. During this period, large amounts of stereotypes existed around African Americans, many, also sexual. Racist ideas were held like that black men were considered to be animalistic and unable to control their sexual urges, which made having a romantic relationship with a black man, especially as a white woman, extremely taboo. All southern states had anti-miscegenation (anti-interracial marriage) laws, which weren’t abolished until June 12, 1967, by Federal law.
Many kinks surrounding black men specifically, like many kinks, are rooted in older taboos, which are now gone.
