This new form of tourism can lead to significant consequences, including legal repercussions, accusations of terrorism, and the risk of being kidnapped, tortured, or even dying. They may return home with souvenirs such as bullets, shrapnel, or even human remains. War tourists prefer these intense experiences over typical holidays and often proudly share their stories and souvenirs.
