When yes is followed by a period, it is a sarcastic way of answering a stupid question and/or a way to answer a question you don't want to give an answer to.
You: hey you want to hang out?
Friend: sure where do you want to meet?
You: how about IHOP?
Friend: hey where are we hanging out?
You: yes.
Person: hey who are you going to vote for in the next election
You: yes.

According to all known laws
of aviation,
there is no way a bee
should be able to fly.
Its wings are too small to get
its fat little body off the ground.
The bee, of course, flies anyway
because bees don't care
what humans think is impossible.
Yellow, black. Yellow, black.
Yellow, black. Yellow, black.
Ooh, black and yellow!
Let's shake it up a little.

A small town with strong cowboy culture, places where saying howdy is completely acceptable and horsegirls are born. Some people may be a little redneck and some people are dressed to match the trees. And everyone there has a weird uncle and the highschool mascot is a cowboy or Native American. Regardless, it's a beautiful, quaint place to grow up; and the people are friendly folks, who never shy from helping a fellow human being.
I've heard (insert name of place) is quite the ye ye town, they put on an awesome rodeo there every August!
