Nathaniel B refers to a quote from a famous rap battle. The bar “ain’t u Nathaniel B”, although might be confusing at first, has a big meaning behind it.

A widely unknown person, originating from the statement, "Aint you Nathaniel B?" means that the person who was told this statement looks, sounds, or acts like Nathaniel B. This isn't complimentary but is used as an insult. The insult is to show that the person telling them the statement is much smarter and more logical. Most people wouldn't understand this statement, which also shows how it can leave people dumbfounded. "Aint you Nathaniel B?" is also in the same xenoliteracy group as, "cuz".

A brand new copy-paste that is gonna be spammed for a while in Tiktok comments. It originated from a Tiktok about two kids having a diss battle, and when it was one of the kid’s turn, he just had nothing else to rhyme with “you can’t handle me” and proceeded to say “Ain’t you Nathaniel B?” Which made no sense cause nobody fucking knows who Nathaniel B is.

Nathaniel is a really chill, tall dude, who's kinda quiet until you get to know him. He is always willing to lend a hand or an ear. Generally a chill, nice guy, loyal, kind, and understated looks. Wouldn't recommend getting on his bad side, because he can actually fight better than his lean frame would suggest.
