When The US government mass murders a rural family or community who wants to be left alone. Ultimately derived from the ATF's 1993 siege in Waco Texas that killed 82 Branch Davidians, including 28 children. It also invokes memory of the 1992 standoff in Ruby Ridge Idaho where the ATF murdered Randy Weaver's wife and son.

The act of being financially exploited, misled, or deceived, often through hidden fees, bad deals, or unexpected costs. Being "GCOEed" involves financial deceit or manipulation, where one ends up paying significantly more than expected or agreed upon.
