The most kindest and annoying person you can meet but they are really lovable and loyal and totally does not try to make out with your brother and if you are friends with someone named Jacob RUN, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN they will annoy you to death but they will also be your bests friend and he will also be you brother from another mother but seriously tho if you are friends with someone named Jacob you are very lucky to have them in your life.
