One of the best Person you can meet. He/she plays Fortnite, but is trash. He/she also plays Watch Dogs 2, Just Cause 3, and more. He/she will support you in any shape or form. They can also fight back for you when you they need you. The problem is that they are a slacker and gets his butt smacked 50 times for farting and is talented at neon art.

A smooth talking charmer who sweeps you off your feet at night but disappears by morning light. Fake cowboy, all heat, no heart.

A derogatory label given to men who dress country as a style and to go to a club. Akin to a 'weekend warrior', but about a step down.
I love it when these Neon Cowboys come out here and find out how tough country life really is. Everyone wants to be a cowboy till they find out its nothin but work.

NOUN:
A smooth streamlined, fast car.
EXPLANATION:
When a highway becomes a neon street, the cars are moving fast! A car, when parked, that is so fab and tricked, is like one on a highway, but since its not moving, its called liquid.
Liquid neon.
ETIMOLOGY:
A neon street is a moderately busy highway at night. The cars go so fast, its like a big white or red neon light (especially in slow cameras).
