When someone calls spank way too often, usually just to be a bully or to make their confidence level rocket upwards. They also sometimes threaten to call the police.

Law stating that when a boyfriend and girlfriend are wrestling, the loser owes the winner 2 sessions of crazy amazing sex. In order for the winner to collect on the sex, her/she must throw his/her hands in the air and yell "I win!"
