A term used for getting left out of a chow run, especially in the Air Traffic Profession, notably if your not a dues paying member. Stems from a union representative with the same name who threatened to leave people out of chow runs for not paying dues.

A guy with an unsully small penis, but with a big heart. Probebly too big, yeah.. he will most likely die form an heartattacke. A few cases Micke's can come of as rude and not having really empathi for other's and don't really care's about anyone else's opinion exept his own.
