Someone who will trace down a property corners no matter what it takes. They will use all information gathered from old deeds, and physical evidence in the field such as old fence, trees, or any other defining features to make sure they find the corner of a section or someone’s property.
Man he sure is a Pin Hound! You can count on him to find a corner no matter how old it is.

When the silence is at its maximum, you can hear a pin drop.
