trademark

the act of stealing/claiming/
borrowing something from someone else. to make something your own/keep it for yourself.

example 1 - if a girl is trying to hit on another girls man, the girlfriend could say "she's trying to trademark my man!".
Example 2 - if you wanted to borrow your best friends fabulous new jacket, you would say to her "I'm so gonna trademark that jacket"
example 3 - if you wanted to claim the last piece of cake at the table, rather than 'baggsing' it, you would trademark it - as to save it for yourself.

trademark ugly

When someone is so ugly that it becomes what they're known for (i.e. their trademark)

Guy1: Who the frig is Jenny*? she's trying to add me on facebook.
Guy2: I think she went to high school with us but, i don't fully remeber her...i just remember her trademark was her ugliness
Guy1: Oh yeah...she was trademark ugly, wasn't she.

Use the trademan's entrance

To have sexual intercourse in the anus. Derived from the same source as backdoor. Utilises the common practice of tradespeople using the backdoor to a house so as not to dirty the front entrance or as to be not seen.

I do believe that he is gay and would often use the trademan's entrance.

a really cool rock/rap band in staffordshire with fab songs who were no 1 on pu1se at one point and nearly won a battle of the bands contest but knocked up 3rd instead.

trademarked spelling

The practice of spelling a word incorrectly on purpose in order to make it easier to find it on the internet or in an internet search. The practice seems to have come about only since the commercialization of the internet.

There is a big new shopping mall called the mall of Millenia and they spell the word millennia incorrectly on purpose which I would call a trademarked spelling since they can trademark Millenia and call it their own word.
