A person, usually a guitarist or bassist, that is obsessed with Peavey gear, especially, but not limited to, tube amplfiers.Because it's made tough, sounds great, and can be gotten for a bargain.

Kardashev Type 13.0 Petaversal Civilizations

A Petaversal civilization transcends frameworks of nested realities and begins to operate on the plane of pure, transcendent archetypes and platonic forms. Its "energy" is the conceptual potential behind all physical and metaphysical manifestations. A petaverse isn't a container of things, but the totality of all possible concepts, ideas, and abstractions from which any lower verse can be instantiated. Kardashev Type 13.0 Petaversal Civilizations Example: In Plato's theory of Forms, the perfect "Idea" of a chair is more real than any physical chair. A Type 13.0 civilization exists in and controls the realm of All Perfect Ideas—the Form of Gravity, the Form of Time, the Form of Consciousness. It doesn't build a Dyson Sphere; it engineers the perfect, cosmic Idea of "Energy Capture" that then echoes into all realities.
