When you put your head over your heels in front of someone you're rear is exposed, leaving you completely vulnerable.

- When you are "head over heels in Love" it means that your love is based on trust for that person, resulting in that head over heels feeling.

- a mixed feeling of vulnerability, trust and Love. Often combined with "butterflies in your stomach" which come on strong in the beginning, but never leave.

A variation or play on words of "head over heels". However, Heels over Head specifically refers to Cunnilingus, with "head" being a term for oral sex.
The woman receiving the Cunnilingus, or head, is on her back, with her legs above her.
Especially appropriate when she is wearing high heels.
