Fletching

Fletching is a game. The game consists of pulling "it" out in public, stoking "it" once, and then putting "it" back in. The "it" obviously being your penis. If, after precisely 30 seconds, nobody asks you about your disgusting act, you win and your score is how many people could directly see you.
