When one takes a bowl (ceramic/glass/plastic) fills it with warm water, preferably around 95°. Lower your testicles into the bowl. Then use a straw (preferably a silly straw) and have someone blow at a steady pace forming small bubbles that massage your scrotum/testicles. Just like a jacuzzi, hence the BALLCUZI

international ballcuzzi day

International ballcuzzi day is on May 25th.

All ballcuzzi fans meet up over video chat and compete over who has the best bubbles, and bubbler. (A bubbler is a person, usually their sexual partner, but sometimes it may be the male himself, who creates the bubbles by using a straw). They share their techniques and experiences, in order to perfect the art of the ballcuzzi.

The result of transforming the bucket or your bakkie (pick-up truck in some parts of the world) into a temporary water feature (like a Jacuzzi ®) for leisure. Usually this is achieved by lining the bucket with plastic sheeting and filling it with water, however other methods have been applied as well.
