(Also piss can) Canada and Northern USA (not sure if used in other places).
A fire extinguisher, usu. of the pressurised water type.

After the forest fire across the lake, we spent the rest of the day putting our firefighting equipment back in, except I did leave several pisscans full of water ready to use just inside the door of the storage shed.

Pisscant

A combination of the words "pissed" and "can't." A pisscant is a person who has problems in their life, but rather than trying to fix them, explodes in anger on something completely unrelated.

Mark hates his job. Though rather than confronting his boss or quitting, he yells at and beats his wife and kids. He's a pisscant, and I don't like him.
