Pathology
A brain disorder characterized by abnormal frequency and abundance of "unconstrained conversation or reports about other people, typically involving details that are not confirmed as being true. Usually with malicious intent.
Casually referred to as oral diarrhea. (or BS) some circles)
It can be controlled temporarily by sewing the lips together. The patient will be required to take food either by straw or feeding tube while this method is being used. Typically 3 days punishment.
There is no cure, unless the tongue is completely removed. The sewn lips or tongue removal are ONLY for the most extreme cases. Both are used as punishment and must be approved unanimously by no less than three judges who have heard evidence that the accused has been malicious and has harmed others with their words.

She has an extreme case of Pyretha and has injured so many people with her lies. I am surprised that her lips haven't been sewn together.
