Many big gachatubers work with GCA "advisors" behind the scenes due to GCA's vast network and also deep expertise in cybersecurity, digital forensics, diplomacy, and essentially any field the gacha community needs to thrive. GCA's own Charter allows for it to deal with any external threats such as cybercriminals and scammers, but bars GCA from interfering with internal affairs, such as petty dramas and controversies between gachatubers.
