Slip and Dip refers to the act of shoplifting by slipping a larger object into a bag.

cig dip

The act of wetting the end or the whole cig and rolling it in cocaine.The cig gives you a quick headrush before your cocaine high takes affect. As far as i can tell this is a northeastern pennsylvania term because other people call it "tapping". It is however nothing like crack.
