The feeling of having being cut or otherwise injured were it would end up bleeding but there is no wound.... Feeling of scar anywhere on/in the body with out actually having a wound.

Try running your nail over some skin,(DO NOT CUT YOUR SKIN WITH YOUR NAIL), the feeling you have where you ran your nail is bout the same feeling of a ghost scar but an actual ghost scar lasts. Running your nail over your skin should fade fairly quickly.

Part of the TF141, Ghost was second-in-command to Cpt. Mactavish aka Soap. Throughout MW2, he fought alongside Sgt. Gary ‘Roach’ Sanderson until the disavowment of TF141, when the betrayal of General Shepherd came into light.

Some believe him to be the literal reincarnation of Gaz from COD4, however this was never confirmed nor denied by Infinity Ward.

It is said that it is the reason for most discomforts during bowel movement and paranormal activities when one is on the loo, such as odd noises from the outside. It is said that the poop ghost can only be prevented by the presence of boobs near the person pooping, either physically or visually.
