A smoke-a-phobe (N) is a bigoted, intolerant and un- evolved person against the rights of smokers to consume their nicotine or thc via cigarette, cigar or joint. Often passing laws segregating them from the general population, forcing them into "areas" and otherwise shaming their genetically predetermined desire to inhale smoke.
