If you find yourself staring off into nothing-ness after watching an INTENSE (and I mean INTENSE) episode of your favorite show, the effects of TV depression should kick in very shortly. If you don’t have any friends...well that sucks for you. You could also try stress eating. The most effective way to rid of TV depression is by getting the answers you’re confused about.
