The essence of requification comes into play when you have code written that has already stricken a balance between being both readable and terse, and yet you decide, for some reason, to make it even harder to read by both repeating yourself and being overly verbose.
e.g.
Without requification:

```
With requification:
```
def reconcile_data_for_this_specific_type
