This is a BOOB girl. Every boy, when reaching puberty, is asked the old age question: boobs or ass? It is at that time that the boys makes a choice, a decision that will determine the man they will become. This girl shapes men's lives, and men love her shape. She may not have an ass but no one is complaining. Their lacking bottom half and tremendous top half make them resemble a tree. FOOTNOTE: this word originates from the saying "top tier titties" because "tea tree" sounds similar to "tres T's" or "three T's" and that is the acronym for "top tier titties".
I used to be an ass guy but now I'm a boob guy. All it took was one tea tree to change my whole perspective.

Especially relevant in big companies. When you develop an intricate, sought after skill set, but never rise to the level that was possible from your early potential, that may have been/still could be achievable elsewhere.
Zach has a PhD from an ivy league college, and has built enviable experience, but has never risen above director level in the blue chip company he works for. He's become little more than someone else's bonzai tree, and should probably leave, in order to become a red wood.

A scenario, usually brought up at work, in which a tree falls ontop of you the next day.
Usually this is brought up to force you to document your work, so others can continue/finish it if something would happen to you, whether this is you actually dying or you getting replaced by someone cheaper.

People that come up into the mountains from the city. Generally used by mountain folk as a derogatory term for city people.
