ice
frozen fruit (strawberries or raspberries, or w.e)
frozen juice cylinder (o.j. or lemonade, or w.e)
1/2 can of energy (preferably Monster, or w.e)

blend that mofo.

not to long ago, a lumberjack named Justin created a drink that will go down in history.
it'll sneak up on ya, and it's awesome. just do it.

don't change the name either, Derek Juice or Amber Juice, for example, just sounds dumb compared to Justin Juice.
