Milky Hitter

A person who fills their bong up with a musky mixture of breast milk and their own semen. The Milky Hitter then proceeds to smoke marijuana out of it, only clearing the hit once the smoke matches the milky whiteness of the bodily fluids within.

One should make an extra effort to defeat his boxing-opponent early on in the game if he turns out to be a pinch-hitter.
