Beetle-like dragons that come from the continent of Pantala. A few have deadly stinger and toxin. Currently ruled by Queen Jewel of the Hivewings, while former Queen Wasp and her sisters are trapped in the flamesilk cavern. They live in hives while some Hivewings fled the hives to get away from the memory of Queen Wasp. Hivewings used to get mind controlled by Queen Wasp.

The Hivewings led a normal life after Queen Wasp was imprisoned.

I will explain this in very simple terms. Basically some powerful creature controlling creatures inferior to it by controlling their brains.
