Chewy Talk or Jive: A kind of high pitched baby talk and cooing. Ever notice you or others voice changes to Chewy Talk when encountering a cute baby, dog or cat. Plenty of high pitched "awws."

When I met my new Tortoise Shell kitty she was so affectionate and cute that I launched into "Chewy Talk." "Aww you are soo cute, what's yer name?"
