11:04

Basically the best time in the world. Has some sort of inexplicable relationship to marching band. For some reason it has everything to do with celebration. If one is in a large group and they notice it is 11:04 they must yell that in a semi loud voice to alert everyone of the time and for that one minute everyone celebrates. When it shows up for one second on a timer counting down, one must celebrate for that one second.

"woah its 11:04!" said Jason
"EVERYONE PARTY!!!" exclaimed everyone else in perfect unison

These kids know everything an 03 or 02 kid would; there basically the same except there shitted on by the 98s-03s. But they hate the 05s they can go suck ass
