A homeless African American man who wears a long coat and one or more hooded sweatshirts (hood up) in the middle of the summer, has long nappy dreadlocks and nappy beard, and walks with a cane. A perfect example of a nigger wizard can be seen year round walking the streets of downtown New Orleans.

Nigger, Please! A phrase used occasionally by an affluent wealthy couple of 100 years (or so) ago wanting to purchase an african-american slave at the market.

Lady Catswold: "Oh Reginald, look at this one!"
Reginald: "Oh yes he's got such fine teeth! Very strapping too."
Lady Catswold: Reginald, w-we could breed him with Mammy!"
Reginald: "Oh yes, quite! Pardon me, good sir?"

Nigger Guy 

n. Used to refer to any non-colored person who uses the word "nigger" in a patently offensive way. Whether using it in general conversation, or saying it directly to a real nigger, a "nigger guy" is essentially any white person who uses "the n word" which is exclusively reserved for black people.

The term was essentially coined by South Park on Comedy Central. During an episode aimed at satirizing movements that inform the public about the power of racial slurs, Stan's dad used the word "niggers" on the Wheel of Fortune and therefore received a lot of negative publicity. Ironically the episode ends with Congress making it illegal to use of the phrase "nigger guy."

Examples of usage:
1. Hey look, there's that nigger guy!
2. Hey, aren't you that nigger guy?
3. We don't take kindly to nigger guys like you.

nigger drag 

A southern passtime in which rednecks lasso a nigger, who's usually panhandeling or rapping. Then proceed to tie him to a truck or tractor and drag him through alleys, feilds, ect., until said nigger resembles the color of cherry Kool-Aid. Such events are frequently accompanied by intoxicated hooting that can be heard from great distances, and is often described as the mating call of a male spider monkey. Similar to a Fag Drag
