Possibly Not Rohit

Someone who cannot fulfill a promise or faces difficulty to fulfil, he/she is very lazy when it comes to certain kind of work such as making what he/she is interested in. Possibly Not Rohit is very inconsistent and has a crazy accent to speak human language, moreover he/she is very unique in its own. they call themselves "denk" but they are still in there 80's jokes.

I saw someone in road and that was Possibly not Rohit as it was crawling in ground in laziness
