Reosos

The moment when one continues to replay a conversation in one's head and what should have been said- in correlation to one's awkwardness or inability to properly convey what one wants to say. A significant factor of that leads to renol is that one's mind goes blank and the words are at the tip of one's tongue but their thoughts can't be expressed in an efficient way, this in return creates a shroud of embarrassment or unease when looking back at the conversation. Renol usually happens hours after the conversation in the shower or right before going to sleep. One's mind is filled with a sting of regret and distaste as it annoyingly pokes at them, regardless of how significant the conversation was to one's day. As a result of replaying the conversations in one's head and what should have been said; it helps ease one's state of mind that is a state of unneeded panic and worry.
