Holland Landing

holland landing is a VERY small town located in ontario. the town is within the community of east gwilumburry. we are known for growing ontario's veggies, and our drugs. Holland landing is pretty boring but really chills. all you can do is walk. Mac's is the place where most people chill. holland landing is so filled with druggies we're called flower town. H.L. is the nickname for holland landing, because holland landing is just too long to say. RDP/river drive park, is the most disgusting, duggie filled place of life. RDP is supposed to be a trailor park, but it's where people live. do not mix it up with H.L. because H.L. is clean at least. people say RDP is the disgrace of H.L.

holla back girl

NOUN: A girl that is willing to be treated like a doormat or booty call. She is a girl that will allow guys to do whatever they want with her and will just wait for them to 'holla back' at them.

VERB: a member of a cheerleading squad who repeats – hollers back - words that the squad leader shouts out to them.

Gwen Stefani uses the term brilliantly in her song "Hollaback Girl", both as a simile and a metaphor. She’s letting the guys know that she ain’t a booty call and that she’s not gonna be sitting around waiting for them to “holla back”. She’s “been around the track a few times” so it’s not gonna happen again. She uses the cheerleading terminology as a metaphor, she’s a “squad” leader not a follower.

A nickname for the holographic decoy armor ability in the Halo Reach video game. The holla-nigga is a simple minded hologram that runs off in a single direction, often getting hung up on architectural structures such as doorway or columns. Holla-niggaz can be very effective in drawing fire away from the player sending it out.
