Get the rain rabbitmug. It is a campus tradition held by students at the University of California, Santa Cruz. It's at the Porter College Quad when students run free of clothing throughout each of the ten colleges and then finish at the starting point. The rules are that it has to be consistently raining, it has to start at Porter College, and it has to be on a school night.
Student 1: Hey dude. Were you at the First Rain last year? It was totally crazy!
Student 2: Of course I was there! I was the first one back!

Get the first rainmug. Originating in the Pacific Northwest, this term can be used to describe a person or group of people as being chill, laid back, "go with the flow" types. "If it rains, oh well, we'll make do". They're cool to hang around with because they aren't prima donnas or drama queens.
Alternatively used to more literally describe a laid back/outdoorsy style of dress usually involving hoodies/sweaters, wind breakers, or other water resistant layer to ward off potential inclement weather.
