Get the Bisexualmug. A sexuality in which one can be sexually and emotionally attracted to both members of the same and opposite gender. It does not mean that they are not monogamous in their relationships, nor does it mean that they are just gay and can't accept their sexuality. Unfortunately they are discriminated against by both the straight and gay communities.

Get the Bisexualmug. a bisexual is a person who is attracted to two OR MORE genders.
some confuse pansexuality (the attraction to all genders) with bisexuality (the attraction to multiple genders); the difference is people that identify as pansexual usually say they can be attracted to anyone/personality is the main attribute of their attraction to a person, whereas people that identify as bisexual have a preference (women/men, women/men/nb, men/nb, etc.).
some people also believe that bisexuality is between women and men. like i said before, bisexuality is the attraction to two OR MORE genders, with preference.

Get the Bisexualmug. A sexuality that can be defined in different ways, such as
1 Being attracted to both sexes.
2 Liking more than one gender.
3 Liking two or more genders.
4 Having an attraction towards the same and different genders.
All these definitions are valid, and bisexuality has always included trans people or non-binary people, liking trans people doesn't not make you pansexual.
Having another definition for it (that isn't transphobic or binary) is also commonly used, such as liking all genders or having attraction regardless of gender, which although it is "by definition" pansexual, someone who is bisexual can also define their sexuality like that.
Strangers on the internet or even people you know shouldn't tell you how to define your sexuality because it is YOUR sexuality, not theirs, and you know it best.
Another important thing to say is that they are straight, gay, or lesbians in denial. They are not confused nor is it a phase.
